Mohammed is an accomplished academic and professional leader with extensive experience in education, research, and public service. He holds a Diploma in English Language, a BA in Educational Planning and Management, and an MA in Educational Leadership. Over the years, he has served as a teacher, coordinator for higher education institutions, and lecturer at Samara University, where he also headed the President’s Office.

Currently, he serves as the Deputy Executive of the Afar Construction Corporation while continuing his contributions to teaching, research, and community development. Mohammed is fluent in Afar, English, Amharic, Arabic, and Tigrigna, and is deeply committed to advancing education, leadership, and sustainable development in the Afar region.
